Description
Gorgeous, well appointed villa with amazing views, spacious accommodation and fantastic furnishings. The house has just been completed to a high standard and with great taste. It is located on a hillside and offers a commanding view of the old town of Spetses and the Saronic gulf beyond. It has two large terraces (shaded in the summer), two kitchens, all en-suite bathrooms and marble floors throughout. Perfect for a large family!
Please note that this property is in a quiet neighbourhood and is not suitable for playing loud music.
##The space
The villa is a new construction, built to a very high standard but respectful of the tradition architectural style of the island. It is built on a hillside over three levels. The upper ground comprises a large living and dining room, two (yes 2) well equipped kitchens, and a WC. The is also a large outdoor terrace facing North and North-East (ideal in the summertime as there is always some shade). The 1st floor comprises two large bedrooms, both ensuite, one of which has a private terrace. Downstairs are the remaining three bedrooms, again all en-suite. The house itself has marble flooring throughout. The furnishings are a mixture of new, high quality (like the beds and mattresses), and vintage items from the owner's family collection (antique and ethnic pieces mostly), which give the villa a unique cosmopolitan style. The bathrooms are superb, with lots of room and copious use of marble and teak. Also noteworthy is air-conditioning in all the rooms of the house, and two washing machines (one is a washer-drier), for use by guests.

Guests have exclusive access to the house and all its facilities, with the exception of a garage and storage room that remain locked.

The neighborhood
The house is in heart of the old town and it is on a quiet cul-de-sac. From the balcony you can gaze other rooftops and the paved uphill path which is popular for walks in the summer. It is located next to a beautiful byzantine church, and is close to the local beaches of Agios Mamas and Agios Nikolaos. Furthermore it is 5 minutes walk to the closest horse and carriage, that takes you to the beaches on the back of the island (remember, no cars allowed on the island!)
Getting around
The house is located 5minutes walk from the main port of the island (dapia) and 20minutes walk from the old harbor where most of the restaurants and bars are located. There are no cars allowed in the island but in case you rent scooters you can park them in front of the house.

There are cameras overlooking the outside terraces for security reasons.
