Description

This charming apartment is located in the heart of Plaka and was recently renovated in Spring 2021. It sleeps 2-4 people and is ideally placed for visiting all the famous Athenian landmarks as well as the main square (Syntagma) and of course the Acropolis Museum. In the evening the neighborhood offers small local tavernas, cafeterias and romantic streets to explore. The apartment is beautifully decorated with new furnishings and modern appliances. A great choice for those looking to stay in the most historic quarter of the city.

The space

The apartment is located on the 2nd Floor of this well preserved block of flats. As you enter the apartment there is an entrance hall which opens up to a large living room (with sofa, dining table and double sofabed). Separated by a screen is the large double bedroom, whilst the bathroom and fully equipped kitchen are accessed from a small corridor. There is a wrap around balcony but please note it is just wide enough to sit.

The neighborhood

The apartment is in the heart of Plaka and therefore very central: between Syntagma Square, the Acropolis Museum and the Temple of Zeus. Most travel networks serve Syntagma Square, and there are plenty of food choices around, either in the streets of Plaka, or the nearby neighborhoods of Syntagma, Monstiraki and Kolonaki.

Getting around

You are perfectly placed for public transport - direct links to the airport with the Syntagma metro station or bus, and Pireaus port is also within 30 minutes by public transport. There are taxis available outside 24 hours a day.

Other things to note

Welcome shampoo and conditioner is provided. The guests have to provide their own for long stays.
Baby cot can be provided for an extra fee of 25 Euros per stay
High chair can be provided for an extra fee of 10 Euros per stay
