The space
On the top floor, the Master Bedroom has its private bathroom and balcony and sea view facing Sithonia. Next to it, the double-bed guest room or else called “the blue room” has a view of the hills of Kassandra, a beautiful small country church and the olive groves. It also has its own private bathroom and balcony. The ground floor hosts two more bedrooms. The “orange room”, with a double-bed and a private balcony and the “green room” which has 2 single beds. Next to these rooms the floor’s bathroom is located. A spacious and sunny living room and a fully equipped kitchen are the places to relax and enjoy cooking a nice meal while enjoying the sea view.
Sitting at the terrace, you will feel the sea breeze while enjoying your drink or meal. A BBQ is also located on the terrace and close to the kitchen and will give you the opportunity to grill fresh fish or tasty meats, which you can either fish yourself or purchase from local stores.
The 2000 sqm communal garden surrounding the property has a variety of trees, mainly olive groves, palm trees, cyprus trees and fruit bearing trees. Guests can enjoy the use of the basketball court and sun-beds that are available.

The neighborhood
The nearby village of Chaniotis is one of the most popular and well organized in Kassandra, only a 3 min drive. Numerous taverns, bakeries, pastry shops, cafes, night-clubs, water-sports and beach bars for every taste are available.
The quiet sandy beach located in front of the Villa, only an 8 min walk, is ideal for families and a lovely place to view the sunset even while swimming!
Located in Kassandra, close to Haniotis village, the house is overlooking the Kassandra bay and the astonishing beauty of Mount Athos especially during sunrise.
Halkidiki is the most famous summer destination in Northern Greece because it combines a variety of crystal clear water beaches – private, sandy, or rocky ones - along with the pine trees, a nature’s astonishing artwork.
During the summer season many cultural festivals and events take place. Visits to nearby points of interest such as The Cave of Petralona, the Thermal Springs of Agia Paraskevi, visits to local wineries, scuba diving, boat excursions, and of course a visit to the Monasteries of Athos (accessible to men only) will make your vacation an unforgettable one.
