The space
The house itself was recently constructed in 2016 and is built over 3 levels. The ground level contains main living and dining spaces, and a fully equipped kitchen with direct exit to the outdoor dining and BBQ area. Also on ground level are two ensuite bedrooms. One of them has a double bed, whilst the other has a double bed and two singles. All rooms on the ground floor enjoy direct sea views and have immediate access to the pool. On the first floor is a third ensuite bedroom with double bed and a private balcony overlooking the property and fabulous sea views. Finally, in the lower level is a large double bedroom comprising a double bed and a sofabed.
The property exterior is paved in marble and boasts a large 65square metre swimming pool (13m x 5m). The sun terrace is bordered by a covered gallery that protects the barbecue, seating and dining areas. There is also an outside bathroom adjacent to the pool for convenience.

The neighborhood
The property is located on the hillside of Tzanes, overlooking the South Eastern coastline. It is very close to several of the best beaches, including Golden Beach, Punda, and Drios. It is a mere 20 minute drive from the fishing village of Naoussa, the port town of Paroikia, as well as Paros Airport.
Getting around
Public transport and taxis can be used to get around, however we recommend renting a vehicle as the most convenient means.
